Lexington will be their destination. Jockey Leonard "Tex" Wilson returned here after attending the funeral of his mother-in-law, who died several days ago at Collinsville, 111. The sprinter Slim Rosie, owned by the Weil Stable, was fired by Dr. G. B. McKillip and will be turned out until spring at the Chicago Riding Academy. William H. Shelley, racing secretary at Lincoln Fields,, will spend a few days at his home in Louisville following the close of the meeting here and then will go to Texas. He will serve in the stewards stand at Arlington Downs and later as racing secretary at Alamo Downs. The B. B. Johnson horses will be shipped to Tanforan by trainer William Buck next . Sunday.
