1 RIVER DOWNS TURF NOTES f o - and Linnie Kate and Sandora, which race for Dan Midkiff, Lexington sportsman, arrived from the Blue Grass city and will be trained by Dan Morris. Charles F. Henry has completed his second book of conditions. It is to be distributed Wednesday. Apprentice Joe Tinker, under contract to Milton Reiser, will arrive here in time to accept mounts Wednesday. Tinker has been riding at Epsom Downs, J. Arnold purchased the plater Zemai from Mrs. F. Cragin, and he was turned over to R. E. Kelly to train. Odd Blaze was added to starter George Wingfields schooling list. Scarp and Kittys Rival, property of Dr. C. N. Finch, were injured when the van in which they were riding turned over while en route from Kansas City. Although the injuries are of a minor nature the horses will be out of competition for some itme.
