TWO JOCKEYS PUNISHED CICERO, 111., Oct 30. For reporting today in unfit condition to ride, jockeys T. P. Martin i ud R. G. Cooper were fined 5 each by the Sportsmans Park stewards. Cooper, further, was suspended for the remainder of the meeting for creating a disturbance in the jockeys quarters.
