JOCKEY W. HANKA FINED CINCINNATI, Ohio, Oct 30. Jockey W. Hanka, who rode. Cacarina, was fined 5 by the stewards for hitting E. Rodriguez with his whip after the finish of the first race Thursday. Rodriguez had the mount on Leeoran, which finished second to Queens Best.
