ARLINGTON DOWNS NOTES f O 4 E. A. Hileman, who will serve as racing secretary at Beulah Park, has received his first book of conditions from the printer and is distributing them among the horsemen. The Grove City track opens its meeting on May 15. Herbert M. Woolf, owner of Woolford Farm and Stables, and T. C. Worden returned to Kansas City today. They expect to be back for the running of the Texas Derby.
