ENDORSE FIVE-DAY WEEK MIAMI, Fla., April 9. Members of the Miami Beach Business Mens Association have endorsed the Dade County Chamber of Commerces plan for a five-day racing week. The plan calls for a legislative act setting the question down for a referendum.
