Stall applications for the ten-day meeting to be staged by the Hagerstown Fair and Racing Association beginning May 18 at the Hub City, can be made with Edward J. Brennan, who will serve as racing secretary. Jockey C. Rosengarten, who became indisposed on Thursday, resumed riding Friday, accepting the mount on Aneroid in the fourth race. Jockey J. Gilbert will remain over to ride during the early part of the meeting at Havre de Grace, according to his agent, George Burke. Jockey Raymond Workman, first string rider for the C. V. Whitney stable, stated that he would begin his eastern riding activities at Jamaica with the opening next Thursday. a
