KEENELAND COLONY LARGER! Greentree Stable of Mrs. Payne Whitney Beaches Lexington From Hialeah Park. LEXINGTON, Ky., April 9. Keenelands horse colony was increased by fourteen horses recently with the arrival of the Greentree Stable of Mrs. Payne Whitney from Hialeah Park, in charge of John Gaver. They went into the barn nearest the grandstand, which also houses the H. P. Headley stable, and will have stalls for horses brought in from neighboring farms for engagements. Heading the Greentree shipment was the four-year-old Brush Hook, a candidate for the Phoenix and Ben Ali Handicaps. Other older horses were: York, Minister, Tattered, Airy Going, Jamboree, Scottish Mary and Banjorine. The half dozen two-year-olds, most of which raced in Florida are: Sep-time. Housekeeper, Birthday, Armor Bearer, Trap Nest and Pirate Flag. Trainer Gaver also brought Ell Yale from Miami, but the son of Bull Dog, which fractured a small bone in his foot at Hialeah, was sent to Greentree Farm to be turned out Gaver said that Tattered would not be ready to run for at least a month. Hilton Dabson has been engaged by the stable to do the riding and is duo here the latter part of the week from his Maryland home.
