BARONI BAND EN ROUTE EAST Reno Turfmans String Includes Redoubtable Top Row Star Re-covers From Injuries. ARCADIA, Calif., April 9. The big stable of A. A. Baroni, left Santa Anita today, destined for New York, where the western turfman plans to campaign during the summer. The outfit includes Top Row, winner of the second Santa Anita Handicap, Star Shadow, Ann ORuley, Goldeneye and No Dice. The latter is the Baroni candidate for the Kentucky Derby, and will be trans-shipped from Aqueduct to Churchill Downs in event he shows sufficient class at the New York tracks to warrant a try for the Blue Grass classic. Top Row is reported as having entirely recovered from the leg injuries which laid him low almost a year ago, and Baroni hopes to start his star in several big Eastern stake events, including the Massachusetts Handicap and the Narragansett Special.
