W. H. SHELLEY DUE ON APRIL 26 LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 17. William H. Shelley, racing secretary at Churchill Downs and at a number of other tracks, is expected here Monday, April 26, to take charge of details attendant to his office at the local course, which spring meeting opens May l. Shelley now is engaged in a similar capacity at Arlington Downs, but, owing to pressure of business at the Downs, he will not be able to remain until the close of the. Texas track.
