McLennan. Stake blanks for the spring meeting of twenty-four days to be staged by the Eastern Racing Association, Inc., at Suffolk Downs, were being distributed by Bob Frend, who serves as starter at the Boston track. Suffolk Downs will have fifty-four days of racing this season, with the 0,000 Massachusetts Handicap to be run during the summer meeting starting July 12 as the main attraction. William Zakoor has turned the plater Wise Advocate out at Clarks farm near Laurel, after having the son of Wise Coun-i sellor fired. Thomas F.
