EXOTUDE AT BAY MEADOWS Famous Blue Boot "Ringer" to Be Named for 0,000 Handicap at Kyne Track. SAN BRUNO, Califs April "17. The mare Exotude, alias Blue Boot, will return .to the races during the Bay Meadows .meeting, whteh opens Saturday,. April 24 .r Trainer- .Earl- Beezley announced ..today that the mare, .continues to train in grand shape and is to be named for the three Bay Meadows stakes, including the 0,000 Bay Meadows Handicap, May .22. "She has taken on considerable weight," stated Beezley. "1have high hopes that she will return to the splendid form she showed last summer in Seattle - Exotude ran the fastest mile on record on western tracks in winning the 0,000 Long-acres Mile, when she ran the distance in 1:35V4, beating Indian Broom and Primulus. The mare later on wa3 discovered by her owner tc be a "ringer." He soi reported to the California Horse Racing Board. Her entry in the Santa Anita Handicap was ordered voided. She has not been to the races since. Her status having been cleared up by the New York Jockey Club, Exotude, alias Blue Boot, went back into training at Tanforan and has been taking steady gallops. William P. Kyne, Bay Meadows general manager, welcomes the return of the mare to action.
