CLAIM FILED FOR NAVAL CADET NOT ALLOWED HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 22. The claim filed for Naval Cadet in the seventh race at Havre de Grace Wednesday by J. H. Elliott, was held up pending investigation by the stewards as to the status of W. Mein, who acted as agent in the transaction. It developed that Mr. Mein made his application for agent earlier in the day but no word was furnished by the Maryland Racing Commission whether that application had been accepted. The claim was not allowed.
