PLANS FOR BERNARD F. LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 22. Al Miller, who trains the horses of I. J. Collins,, said that the Ohio sportsmans Bernard F. would make one appearance under colors at the Downs before his engagement in the Derby. Miller said he intended to start the three-year-old in the Derby Trial, a mile event scheduled for Tuesday, May 4.
