H0LLYR00D GOES TO STUD LEXINGTON, Ky., April 22. Unable to stand training, Hollyrood has been retired to his Beaumont Stud here by Hal Price Headley and will be bred to ten mares this spring. He is a four-year-old bay colt by High Cloud-Mandy Hamilton, by John OGaunt. and is a half brother to Supremus and Handy Mandy. which, like himself, were high-class stake horses. Supremus also proved himself a successful sire. Hollyrood won the Pimlico Futurity as a two-year-old, and the Chicago and Detroit Derbys last season, as well as finishing second in the Latonia Derby and Arlington Classic and Belmont third in the Stakes, i.
