FOWLER TO CONTINUE RIDING LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 22. Glen Fowler, who has been looking after the horses of T. H. McCaffery, does not plan to abandon the saddle for the training end of the game. He will be released of his present duties as soon as McCaffery engages a trainer. Fowler already has filed his application for a jockeys license.
