HEARTY, lucky to escape interference at the lower turn and a strong factor throughout, responded to Strong urging in the stretch and got up in the final stride. LITTLE CLEORA, benefited when permitted to carry the majority of the field wide at the lower turn, established a clear lead early, increased her advantage under strong urging, was permitted to pursue a weaving course in the stretch and gave way at the end. DOCTOR C. N. finished well. WEST WICHITA, forced over on WATCHFULLY and TRYANHURRY at the lower turn, held on gamely. TRYANHURRY, quick to overcome early interference, tired after a half mile. MY BOW was hustled along from the start, "swung wide entering the stretch, was put to strong urging in the final eighth and finished strongly. .BONNIE PAN, energetically handled, drew dear after disposing of LADY CHINIQUY. dropped back after reaching the stretch and tired near the end. TEETER TOTTER tired after being forced wide entering the stretch. PARISIAN WITCH worked her way forward on the inside, but tired after reaching the lead ncaring the final eighth. LADY CHINIQUY quit.
