AGUA CAL1ENTE NOTES $ H. Vance, who has been racing Direct at this meeting, has shipped the horse to Bay Meadows, where he will race for J. O. Cunningham. Trainer Jack Taylor, vanned Miss Stein-haus and Lileen to Arcadia, California, where they will be turned out for t e su-i ar. Both are lame. J. A. Parsons sold the good plater Proud Goldie to L. Fall, of Idaho. The terms of the sale were private. Harry Fields shipped the good Blind Blarney to Bay Meadows the early part of the week. Two of the Parsons stiing, Danfield and Tarara, were taken to the Hope Villa Ranch in Nester where they will be rested up for a few weeks. Parsons also reports that the I eleven-year-old mare Lady Seth, dropped twin foals a week ago, a filly and a colt. The colt failed to survive, living only a few I hours. The filly is doing well and is expect- ed to live. The sire of the twins was Quick Return.
