G. C. HUGHES PASSES AWAY LEXINGTON, Ky April 1. Grover Cleveland Hughes, 54, retired owner and trainer, died shortly before noon Thursday at his residence. He had been ill for several months. He is survived by a brother, J. Tandy Hughes, and a nephew, J. R. Hughes. Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 10 oclock at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home.
