HEAD TO VISIT CHICAGO LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 1. C. Bruce Head, general manager of Lincoln Fields and also a steward at Churchill Downs, will leave here Sunday for Chicago, where he will attend to several matters in connection with the coming meeting at the Crete, 111., track. In Chicago Head will confer with Col. M. J. Winn, president of the American Turf Asc-ciation, and also inspect improvements being made at the Fields. Head plans to remain, in Chicago about four days and then will return to Kentucky until his presence again is required in Chicago. Today he revealed that the list of stables for the Lincoln Fields meeting as prepared by superintendent Tom Young insures the finest racing in years for the inauguration of the major season in the Chicago area. I
