FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED! LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 1. Of the many thousands of racing fans who will be at Churchill Downs on Derby Day expecting to find no more than standing room in the general enclosure, 2,500 more will find seats awaiting them. This was the good news out of the offices of Col. M. J. Winn, president of the track, here today. The additional seats will be situated on the lawn at the far end of the smaller of the two grandstands. The smaller stand seats about 5,000. In view of the demand for seats, every chair in the new bleacher could be reserved and sold at a fancy figure, but Colonel Winn has decided otherwise, and they will go to the first who claim them.
