WASHOUT HALTS BIG FOUR HARRISBURG, 111., April 1. Rail traffic between Cairo and Olmstead was stopped yesterday by a washout of 1,800 feet of track of the Big Four Railroad. Hunter McBride, track supervisor, discovered the washout early today in time to prevent trains from approaching the damaged section.
