Lou Smith, general manager of Rockingham Park and Oriental Park, arrived to interest horsemen in the New Hampshire meeting which opens in July. M. C. Shea, racing secretary at Agawam Park, was on hand during the afternoon to interest horsemen in the first meeting at that point which opens in May.
