RALPH MILNER, DIES AGUA CAUENTE, Mexico, April 4. Ralph Milner, who just arrived at the Agua Caliente track in the past week, died Sunday morning from a heart attack. Milner has been in the racing game for the past fifteen years, having raced horses all over the west Although he has never had any real high class horses he always had winners under his care. Milner only had two head liere at this track, Ridgewood and Aggression. Milner came from Helena, Mont. -
