ROB PRIEST OF 78 The Rev. Edward J. Neels, assistant treasurer of DePaul University and St. Vincents Church, was robbed of 78 Monday while riding in a cab en route to a bank from the university. The cab was forced to the curb by two gunmen in a black automobile and at the point of guns Father Neels was forced to give up the money.
