LOWER FAIRMOUNT RECORDS COLLINSVILLE, 111., Oct. 4. Testimony to the excellent condition of the racing strip this season has been offered time and again through numerous fast performances, climaxed by new records in successive weeks for six furlongs. Hardly had talk subsided about Unassisteds feat of running six furlongs in 1:11, shaving a fifth of a second off Gay Worlds five-year mark, than Pin Money came back last Saturday to lower this standard, sizzling the same route in 1:10 "JS. On the same day Ultidue ran five and one-half furlongs in 1:05, just three-fifths of a second off False Prides record. Track superintendent John Le Blanc is being warmly praised on all sides.
