WORLD SERIES UMPIRES Kenesaw Mountain Landis, baseballs high commissioner, has made public his appointments for umpires to work- the world series, which opens at the Cubs park today. The American League representatives will be Louis C. Kolls and Cal Hubbard, while the National League will have Charles B. Moran and John William Sears.
