CONSIDER EAST BOWL GAME NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 9. It has been reported here that a syndicate is working on a plan to stage an East Bowl game at either the Polo Grounds or Yankee Stadium on December 10. Intentions are to pit an Eastern team against an outstanding eleven from another sector of the country.
