BRIDGE HEARING DECEMBER 1 A hearing will be held December 1 at 10 a. m. in the Post Office Building by the U. S. War Department on the application of the city of Chicago for permission to build a foot bridge across the north branch of the .Chicago River at Fullerton Avenue. It is intended to use this structure while a new permanent bridge is constructed to replace the one now in use.
