CONVICT DOROTHY SEBASTIAN BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 9. Dorothy Sebastian, former film star, although testifying that she was neither drunk nor driving her car, was found guilty of driving a motor car while intoxicated by Judge Cecil Holland. Robert Phillips, her nephew, stated that he was driving when her car collided with another.
