U. S. NOT INTERESTED WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 23. Secretary of State Cordell Hull said today that, contrary to published reports, the United States has made no representations to Great Britain and France in opposition to return of prewar African colonies to Germany. Hull will leave tomorrow for New York, where he will board ship Friday en route to Lima, Peru, for the eighth Pan-American Conference. He said that while in New York he probably will see Ambassador Hugh Wilson, who is on his way home from Germany;,
