USE "ALSO ELIGIBLE" LIST NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 23. After tomorrow the usual set of "also eligibles" will be attached to the various races at the Fair Grounds. The inclusion of "also eligibles" was omitted from Thursdays overnight entries sheets because the program cards were printed this afternoon and no provision could be made for moving horses on the "also eligible" list into places vacated by horses that are withdrawn tomorrow morning at scratch time. All horses excluded from races tomorrow, however, will be placed on the preferred list.
