HIRTENSTEIN ON HAND NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 23 Paul Hir-tenstein, turf writer for the Chicago Daily News, made his annual appearance at the Fair Grounds and will remain here until well into December. Then he will head for Florida for the rest of the winter.
