ETOILE FILANTE DIES LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 23. Etoile Filan-te, twenty-year-old chestnut mare, by Fair Play, from Chit Chat, by Rock Sand, dam of High Quest, winner of the Preakness, Wood Memorial Stakes and 2,190; Fair Star, winner of the Pimlico Futurity, Selima Stakes and granddam of Fairy Hill, winner of the Santa Anita Derby, great American Stakes, etc., is dead at Coldstream Farm this morning. Manager Charles H. Kenney said I that her death was due to the infirmities of jold age. 1
