Won ridden out; second and third driving. PRETTEIA, slow to get into stride, saved ground rounding the stretch turn, came fast on the inside of the leaders in the final eighth and, under slight urging, won in handy fashion. GALPEN, always a forward factor, closed strongly in the final drive. EASTER ELE, rushed into the lead at the break, set the pace to midway of the stretch, then tiled. TRUELY FLO raced gamely throughout, but was never able to menace the leaders. NORWAY NELL showed good early speed, then tired. FRANK O. suffered some interference rounding the turn and had to take up, having no chance thereafter. COHIGH wheeled as the break came. Scratched 69443 Lynettc O., 103. BARCAROLLE raced to the front early and, showing good speed while being well rated, was never, in serious danger, winning easily. TRANSBIRD came fast on the outside after leaving the back stretch -and -was eoing strongest at the end. UNION GIRL, close to the pace from the start, made several attempts to catch the winner and tired near the end. MUCH TROUBLE also tired near the finish. EASTER PARADE X tired in the stretch. RUSHING BY raced to the front early and, cleverly rated while saving ground, was never in danger, drawing out easily in the last eighth. SUSPENSION, hard held in the early part, raced -wide while making her move, but finished fairly well. REPROACH, closest to the winner in the early part, tired a trifle near the end. CLOSING TIME never threatened seriously. RODNEY PAN was permitted to remain far out of it for over half the distance, then raced very wide to make up some ground, but was never dangerous. GAMELON, well rated close to FOUNTAIN GROVE in the early part, moved to the front when the latter began to tire and, taking a good lead entering the last eighth, had enough left to hold BON HAMBURG safe. The latter was never far from the pace and, coming fast in the middle of the track through the stretch, mieht have won in a few more strides. DON GRAFTON was outrun to the last quarter, then closed well. DOLICIA BOY could never reach the leaders. PROUD INDIAN dropped put of it after going a half mile. BORSODI, very slow to get going, trailed the field to the stretch, came to the outside and, under a hard drive, finished strongly. BAR PLAY rushed up on the inside going through the back stretch and made a game bid entering the far turn, but tired slightly near the end. KING ROYALE raced with good courage for the first half mile, then tired. PAPER SUN showed some early speed. BELOW ZERO displayed good early speed, then quit in the final eighth.
