LOOK FOR T.V.A. CASE DECISION WASHINGTON, D. C, Dec. 17. As Jus- S tices of the Supreme Court met in conference today, New Deal officials were hopeful that a final decision would be reached in the TV A case and announced on Monday. The high court has had under advisement for a month the appeal of fourteen utilities attacking consitutionality of the power expansion program of the Tennessee Valley Authority. If the court fails to announce a decision Monday, it will be postponed until at least January 3. While New Deal officials are confident of winning the case, they are hopeful that the court will act on Monday. Each weeks delay is generally accepted as a possible indication of division in the tribunal.
