I A CHEERING FORECAST The Bureau of Agricultural Economics forecasts continual improvement in consumer demand within the next few months, even if no increase in industrial activity takes place. The bureau made its prediction on the basis of improvement shown in a demand for farm products, which, in turn, was based upon a rise in industrial activity and in consumer purchasing power.
