TAKES ON OTHER DUTIES HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 17. Announcement was made today by Albert Levey, president of the Havana American Racing Association, under whose auspices the fifty-two day meeting at Oriental Park will be conducted beginning January 12, that Robert Shelley will officiate as assistant manager in charge of racing in addition to his duties as racing secretary. Shelley will be responsible to general manager James F. Milton.
