:MORE GERMAN U. S. CRITICISM BERLIN, Germany, Dec. 17. American statemen are conducting a "systematic campaign" to estrange the continents of the world, the German foreign office charged today through its official organ, diplomatic correspondence. The attack on the United States was the second semi-official criticism in two days of American objectives at the Latin-American conference in Lima. The publication said American statesmen are using every opportunity to attack authoritarian countries. This "systematic campaign," it was held, "is due to democratic reasons plus American aspirations to attain hegemony over all the New World. This new policy shows that Washington apparently aims at somethings beyond its old policy of a good understanding with other countries, said diplomatic correspondence.
