I TROPICAL PARK TURF NOTEsI j Condition books embracing the final ten days of the meeting at Tropical Park were released to horsemen by racing secretary . s- Shelley Monday. The book is the final issue for the winter meeting of twenty days. The stewards have placed the platers Squabble and Lady Peg on their list, nd they will not be permitted to start until passed upon by the track veterinarian, A. T. Knowles. Starter R. Wingfield began his schooling classes by placing Roscoe and Hypo on his official list. Classes are held daily in the six furlongs chute. The following names: Bracin, Pirate Ship, Eally Master and Mess have been granted by the registrar of The Jockey Club for yearlings in the Wheatley Stable which are being trained at Hialeah Park. B. N. Kane has been informed that the name, Halcyon Boy, has been granted for a yearling colt in his barn that will become of racing age on the first of the year. The youngster is by the Whitney sire, Halcyon. Fiske Waring brought the useful performers Sheknows, Tepin, Show Up and La Cinta from Charles Town, W. Va. He also has three others in his stable at the present time.
