JOBELLA STAKE HORSES SOLD ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 28. R. W. Pierce has purchased the entire string of horses which formerly ran in the interest of the Jobella Stable, Inc. Pierce was the trainer for the Jobella Stable. Harry- Cohn is temporarily going out of the racing business. The horses which made up the Jobella Stable are: En Masse, Papenie, Handle Cross, Battle Call, Lysander and a pony. Pierce will also open a public stable at Santa Anita.
