WEBB EVERETT ISSUES GRADED HANDICAP LISTS ARCADIA, Calif., Dec. 27. Webb Everett, Santa Anita racing secretary, has released his graded handicap divisions, listing in grades "A," "B," "C" and "D" 355 of the top flight horses stabled at Santa Anita. The pick of the crop is listed under grade "A." There are thirteen of these: Seabiscuit, Ligaroti, Dauber, Jacola, Esposa, Cravat, The Chief, Stagehand, Pasteurized, Main Man, Heelfly, Thanksgiving and Marica. The second division, grade "B," has twenty-three members, such as Bourbon King, Specify, Gosum, Magic Hour, Indian Broom and others. The third division, grade "C," has seventy-nine really potent performers, horses like Count Arthur and Brooklyn, and the grade "D" division has 240.
