ITALY MASSING TROOPS j PARIS, France, Dec. 27. Charges that Italy is massing troops on the border of French Somaliland, strengthening reports Premier Mussolini plans to extend his African influence in that region were made by the Parisian press today. Well informed political commentators such as Pertinax and Tabouis told of thousands of Italian troops being sent to the frontier and described the construction of military roads throughout the area.
