REPORT 9,000,000 BILL WASHINGTON, D. C, April 14. The House rivers and harbors committee today voted to report a 9,000,000 rivers and harbors bill, which includes projects approved by the committee yesterday. Larger projects in the bill are the 5,900,000 Calumet-Sag Harbor project Indiana and Illinois, expenditure of 0,.30,000 on the Mississippi River between the Ohio and Missouri; ,500,000 on the Guadalupe River, Texas; ,000,000 on the Louisiana and Texas intra-coastal waterway from New Orleans to Corpus Christi, Texas, and ,200,000 on the Mississippi below New Orleans.
