OHARA WANTS GULFSTREAM PROVIDENCE, R. I., April 14. Walter E. OHara, stormy petrel of Rhode Island racing and former managing director of Narra-gansett Park, has made an offer for the ill-fated Gulfstream Park, near Miami, Fla., he announced today. Gulfstream Park opened on February 1 and ran for four days only, then was thrown into receivership. The track had been granted dates for forty days of racing, most of them in opposition to Tropical Park. OHara revealed he had made an offer for the track after a conference with John C. Horning, president of the Gulfstream track, and Attorneys David I. McCahill and W. H. Kilbourn. 1
