PAYS JOCKEY TO HUSTLE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 14. It will pay a jockey to hustle at all times during the fourteen days of racing here, as general manager Edward Burke of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association has put up a 00 gold watch, to be awarded the lad registering the greatest number of victories during the session.
