FOLEY GETS TREASURY POST WASHINGTON, D. C, May 9.— President : Roosevelt has sent Edward H. Foley, Jr.s 1 name to the Senate as his choice to be general ■ counsel of the Treasury Department. Foley, who has been serving as acting counsel, - succeeds the late Herman Oliphant.
