SECRETARY HULL DELIVERS ANOTHER PEACE MESSAGE WASHINGTON, D. C, May 9— Secretary of State Cordell.HulI today again told the world that peace can be maintained and differences settled amicably and with honor around a conference table. Hulls peace message was delivered before the tenth International Congress of Military Medicine and Pharmacy by Assistant Secretary of State George S. Messersmith, who read the address. Restating a portion of President Roosevelts historic peace message to Chancellor Hitler and Premier Mussolini, Hull declared: "We are ready and willing to extend the hand of friendship and respect to all peoples and to bend our best efforts toward the erection of an enduring structure of peace built upon civilizations cornerstone, the sanctity of the pledged word. We believe ; that nations seated as equals at a conference table are able to compose their differences amicably and with honor." Hull said the United States desires "passionately to live; at peace with every nation of the world."
