Thoroughbred Racing Assns. Incorporates ALBANY, N. Y., April 30.— The Thoroughbred Racing Associations of the United States, Inc., a newly formed membership corporation, having its principal office in New York City, was granted a charter of incorporation today by the secretary of state. Among its purposes are to promote and co-ordinate the patriotic and charitable activities of the thoroughbred racing associations of the United States and improve the conditions of the thoroughbred racing, also to prepare and distribute information of all kinds useful in the development and improvement of the business of thoroughbred racing. The directors and incorporators Include: Carleton F. Burke, California; John C. Clark, Binghamton, N. Y.; James E. Doolev. Rhode Island; George M. Francis, New Jersey; Henry A. Parr III., Maryland, and Matt J. Winn, Chicago, 111. The attorneys are Carter, Ledyard and Milburn, 2 Wall Street, New York City.
