Bing Crosby to Miss Derby LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 30. — Bing Crosby today advised his trainer, Alfred Johnson, that, due to a death in his family, he would not reach here in time for the Kentucky Derby. Crosby now expects to be here for the opening of next weeks racing at the Downs.
